Kiss Me…a mini file folder valentines
i have to tell you i am fascinated with how nature looks when is all iced and/or snowed in…it is really a sight but while writing this post i hear my neighbors breaking ice from their driveways because of the last storm we had. i just did my part for lulu’s toxic waste, lol. we have been hammered this winter. oh well, at least looks like a winter wonderland. just hoping we do not loose power.
i received my ‘love you more’ by elle’s studio order from nani ke ola and i am having some fun playing with all the bits and pieces i received. i got a lot of tags, labels and some pretty-pretty patterned paper.
i chose to make a mini file folder that you can use in any valentine’s project as a journaling spot, embellishment for you pages or simply as a treat holder….whatever i/you decide to use it for i am sure the recipient will like it as it is just a treat by itself.
as you can see i used a few labels from the bits and pieces pack. it has 31 different ones to choose from. they are all adorable if i might say that myself.
of course i had to add some stitching. actually i attached the mini folder patterned papers on the left side with the stitching and i also attached the labels with the zig zag one.
i used a die cutter machine to cut the mini folder (but you can even draw it yourself and cut it by hand) using some white cardstock i had in my stash before covering them with the pretty ‘love you more’ patterned papers.
here is the mini folder i had so much fun making.
hope you like it and inspire you to make our own for this valentine’s or any other different occasion.
have fun and
thank you so much for stopping by!
