-welcome to nani ke ola-
we all know halloween is literally around the corner and to help the beetlejuice juices flowing, here i am, lol,
my card does not have to be a card, you can adapt it to be an embellishment or a journaling spot for your scrapbooking pages.
maybe the cover for your mini album?
i used some patterned papers from the 6×6 raven pad (they are all double sided for double yumminess) and i die cut the left and right sides with a spider web pattern.
i added my sticker (hello 31st) and the second sticker (It’s creepy time) and attached them with some mini staples. i also added the bat and mounted him on foam tape. this gives my bat the illusion of flying— 🙂
i mounted the above on some more patterned paper and added a raven “bits and pieces) behind (it is the black triangle one). then i was thinking i would like to see how it would look if i cut out some of those black triangles out with an x-acto knife. well, i liked it very much. to add some color behind those triangles i used some scraps of the two of the papers i had already used but, the opposite side of them. i repeated this step on the bottom of the card too.
did you notice how i place the bottom triangle paper facing the opposite way? did that for some more fun and to try something different.
i love the colors of this collection, i love all the die cuts and stickers. the papers have such nice designs. i hope you will like raven too and add some raven to your halloween projects. 😀
